When this ecomm store first approached us, although they were doing well due to word of mouth, they struggled to gain traction with paid media.  This children’s brand approached us to increase their online conversions and in just 3 months of testing we scaled... fast!

The Problem

Like a lot of E-comm stores, they were missing out on an optimised paid media plan. They needed to revive their marketing. The store was making money because people knew of them through organic marketing. They were doing okay because of local trade and word of mouth, but were leaving A LOT of money on the table by not investing in paid advertising.

The Solution

This client wanted the whole package - paid advertising, social media management and web updates.  We evaluated the bottlenecks and revamped the store collections that were lagging behind. We developed and executed targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The strategy was designed to bring in new audiences. We also nurtured and continued to grow current audiences.
By sharing an engaging brand story we increased revenue right away.
Being in business for 10 years the brand needed to evolve with the current climate and stay up to date. What previously worked for the brand, was no longer working. With the ad campaigns that we built we found new audiences and the way we positioned the products was new. By building affinity and trust we increased happy customer reviews and overall revenues.

After building out their customized strategy and implementing a combination of organic and paid media, we received consistent 4X ROAS and above.


The Result

The first 3 months were spent on testing products, brands, audiences, and collections... and of course, various creatives. During the testing period we spent $4k, we made $11k (2.7X ROAS).
Once we knew what worked and we knew what the winning combinations were, we scaled the ad spend to $14k. We made $58 542 (4.2 X ROAS).
We sustained these results in the months after. We are still working together.... 3 years later.
